The Bluffs Bread of Love Site Manager is a vital leadership role dedicated to overseeing the daily operations of our community-focused food program. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong administrative and customer service skills to ensure the smooth functioning of our site. The Site Manager will coordinate the food break down into individual packaging for home delivery. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment that values integrity, collaboration, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage the food following nationally recognized food sanitation standards.
- Oversee the delivery of the meals to local clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all wishing to participate in the Bread Of Love Program. (Meals on Wheels)
- Assure all meals are ordered and recorded properly, along with temperatures.
- Submit your time sheet and all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
Skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships within the BLUFFS Community.
- Proficiency in record keeping.
- Effective communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
