JOB PURPOSE
The Temporary VIP Relations Specialist at PRADA is responsible for managing and executing regional VIP relations in conjunction with the Director of VIP Relations, to confirm celebrity dressing placements and event attendance. This will be a 3-month temporary role located at our New York City corporate office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in all PRADA UOMO AND DONNA VIP Dressing efforts, including leading fittings where needed.
- Manage all gifting initiatives, including talent proposals, logistics, and agreement management for paid activations and organic seeding logistics
- Manage logistics and itineraries for travelling talent and guests relating to Prada events, fashion shows, special projects, and campaign shoots. Manage project operations with VIP Coordinator.
- Manage press releases/blasts of dressing placements, including keeping contact lists up to date and relevant in the market
- Manage talent databases for VIP Department; keeping topical news and competitor analysis research up to date and relevant in the market. Reporting to Milan on a need-to-know basis.
- Research and recommend new up-and-coming talent to VIP Director and team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the VIP Coordinator in best practices, department projects, and company objectives
- Contribute ideas and tactical plans in VIP department meetings with Headquarters and on the local level.
- Manage VIP Coordinator and collaborate with Cooperate logistics team in organizing sample trafficking for VIP loans and organization of Cooperate warehouse for storage and maintenance of VIP samples, always upholding a Prada standard of care.
- Travel where required to support VIP relations, show attendance, event attendance, campaign shoot, etc.
- Support the VIP Director in managing the VIP department budget.
OTHER
- Bachelor's degree preferred in design/fashion marketing or related field

This position will be paid an hourly rate that may range from $35.00 to $40.00. The rate of pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
