Our community health center is seeking a mission-driven Family Medicine Physician Assistant to join our integrated care team in South Central Kansas. As part of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you'll deliver outpatient primary care in collaboration with your physician, behavioral health providers, nurses, and care coordinators. You'll focus on whole-person, evidence-based care, without the pressures of excessive on-call duties. Supported by a strong clinical team and modern in-house resources, you'll be empowered to make a real impact on the lives of individuals and families in our community.

What You'll Do
- Provide direct outpatient primary care services to patients 18 and over
- Collaborate with behavioral health and nursing teams in an integrated care model
- Foster long-term relationships with patients and support lifestyle changes
- Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities
- Document care using our electronic health record system
- Active license to practice as a P.A. in Kansas (or eligible)
- Prior experience in Primary Care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) preferred
- Ability to read EKGs required
- Ability to do blood draws and IV lines preferred
- Commitment to providing care to patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- *Ability to work late Tuesday nights until 7:00pm
