Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC) and the CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Pulmonologist to join our dedicated team of pediatric subspecialists. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position that offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care for children with a wide range of pulmonary conditions in a collaborative, academic medical center environment.
About The Role
- Diagnose, treat, and manage pediatric patients with acute and chronic pulmonary disorders, including asthma, cystic fibrosis, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, congenital lung disease, and sleep-disordered breathing.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric subspecialists, respiratory therapists, and nursing staff.
- Provide inpatient and outpatient consultative services at CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital.
- Engage in teaching opportunities with residents and medical students through CAMC’s Institute for Academic Medicine (affiliated with WVU School of Medicine).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research (if desired).
- MD or DO degree required.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Pulmonology.
- Eligible for an unrestricted West Virginia medical license.
- Strong commitment to patient care, teaching, and teamwork.

- Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and dedicated Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
