Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Aurora, IL. The Account Manager will manage client accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, providing insurance-related guidance, managing policy renewals, coordinating with underwriters, and preparing accurate reports. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless client experience through excellent communication and proactive service.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
- Proficiency in Communication, Problem-Solving, and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Insurance Policies and Practices, Risk Management, and Policy Renewals
- Organizational, Time Management, and Multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and related software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred
- Licensure in Property and Casualty Insurance is a plus
