What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Construction Estimator position at PPS-HPS?

[Duties]
- Analyze required bid documents, blueprints, and project specifications to gain a thorough understanding of the project
- Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors, Client’s Subcontractor’s, and contractors
- Prepare material estimates, Labor estimates and cost estimates for the product or service
[Requirements]
- 5-7 years of Commercial Construction Estimating experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore estimating software or similar software is required
- Ability to research historical project data to produce a budget for clients
[Details]
- $80k - $120k a year

- Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and travel as needed. This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
