Estimator Qualifications
- 5 years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects
- Ability to prepare and manage detailed estimates across multiple projects
- Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and project costs
- Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L, and margin projections
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required
