About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, technically minded Business
Development Manager to drive new business and build strong client
relationships. You’ll sell industrial electrical services—including maintenance
programs, system upgrades, and installations—while partnering with internal
teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets
- Build relationships with facility managers, plant engineers, and procurement teams
- Conduct site visits to assess needs and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with estimating and operations to create accurate proposals
- Present, negotiate, and close service agreements and project bids
- Maintain CRM updates, pipeline management, and activity reporting
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
- Stay current on electrical codes, technologies, and industry trends
