They will act as the first line of defense for quality and inventory accuracy, ensuring all items are correctly documented, inspected, and routed to the appropriate location.

Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills):
- High School Diploma/GED preferred. However, a combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
- Previous experience in warehouse receiving or inventory control.
- Motivated and organized team player with a positive attitude.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems (IFS experience is a major plus) and basic Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to operate various types of lifts. (Stand up, Walkie Rider, sit down, and pallet jacks)
- High level of accuracy in data entry and a keen attention to detail for finding errors in complex packing slips.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active on the shop floor for the duration of the shift.
- Verification & Inspection: Accurately count and inspect all incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders. Identify and document any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues.
- Material Routing: Determine the immediate destination for items—deciding between stockroom placement or "hot" delivery to the production floor.
- Safe Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of material handling equipment (sit-down, stand-up, and walkie-rider forklifts) to offload trucks and stack pallets in high-bay racking.
- Data Integrity: Utilize the IFS (ERP) system to process receipts, track serialized equipment, and maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all transactions; ensure all paperwork is filed or forwarded to the appropriate departments (Accounting/Purchasing).
- Additional responsibilities and objectives may be assigned as business needs evolve.
- This position is on-site 5 days per week.
- Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate different business needs.
