This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC, for a Fire Alarm System Estimator. The role will involve preparing accurate cost estimates for fire alarm systems, evaluating project requirements, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities also include reviewing technical drawings, conducting site inspections when necessary, and providing comprehensive bid proposals to support sales efforts. The role requires keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects effectively.

• Proficiency in Fire Alarm System design, installation, and cost estimation processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience with industry-specific software for design and estimation
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration and team coordination
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NFPA)
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in the low-voltage or fire alarm systems industry is a plus
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
