Founded in 2008, Powerhouse Window Cleaning is a locally owned and operated Tucson company built on teamwork, respect, and pride in our craft. We provide professional residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, and holiday lighting services. What the Job Looks Like:

We work outside in the heat, cold, wind, and the perfect sunny days too.
Some days wrap up early; others run long. Most jobs go smoothly, others test your patience. Every day ends with visible results, satisfied customers and fair pay.

This role involves:

• Cleaning interior and exterior windows, screens, and tracks
• Pressure washing driveways, patios, and building exteriors
• Cleaning gutters and solar panels
• Installing, maintaining, and removing holiday lighting displays during the fall/winter season
• Helping maintain vehicles, tools, and materials
• Quoting and upselling other services to customers
• Showing up ready to learn, work hard, and represent the company with pride

Schedule

• 30–40 hours/week (lighter hours in July and August - our off-season)
• Daytime shifts, Monday through Friday (rarely Saturdays during busy season)
• Starting between 6AM - 8AM

Requirements

• Comfortable on ladders (up to 2 stories, usually less)
• Able to lift moderately heavy items and stay active all day
• Friendly, respectful, and team-oriented
• Reliable transportation and clean appearance

Compensation

• $17/hour during paid training (typically 2 weeks)
• $18 - $30/hour average after training, based on skill, speed, and consistency
• Customer tips and performance bonuses every pay period
• Opportunities for raises and advancement as you grow
