What You'll Do

You'll help homeowners and businesses protect and beautify their properties through professional:

• Window cleaning
• Power washing
• Solar panel cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Exterior property maintenance

You'll work with industry-leading equipment, including ladders (up to three stories), water-fed pole systems, and professional cleaning tools.

You'll work indoors and outdoors in Arizona's weather. If it's safe to work and the customer wants the service completed—we get it done.

This position is active and physical. You'll climb ladders, lift equipment, kneel, reach, and stay moving throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Brighter Days brand with professionalism and integrity
• Understand and live out our company mission, vision, and values
• Arrive in full company uniform each day
• Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Perform high-quality window cleaning and power washing services
• Walk properties and provide customer quotes using company procedures
• Remove dirt, hard water stains, bug residue, construction debris, calcium buildup, and other contaminants
• Maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures
• Leave every property cleaner than you found it
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
• Complete scheduled work with excellence

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle (needed when a company vehicle isn't available, including during your first 90 days)
• Able to work 8 hour days (overtime occasionally required)
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Able to lift equipment and perform physical work
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Attend mandatory team meetings
