Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of windows on commercial buildings, including high-rise and hard-to-reach areas using appropriate tools and safety equipment
- Operate scissor lifts, ladders, and other access equipment safely to reach elevated surfaces
- Use professional cleaning solutions and techniques to remove dirt, grime, streaks, and other residues from glass surfaces
- Conduct routine janitorial and custodial tasks around work sites to maintain overall cleanliness and safety standards
- Follow safety protocols diligently when working at heights or with specialized equipment such as scissor lifts
- Inspect windows regularly for damage or issues requiring maintenance or repair coordination
- Maintain detailed records of completed work, safety checks, and equipment usage
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on window cleaning preferred
