We’re looking for a Fleet Administrator who will play a critical role in managing fleet operations, equipment data, fuel activity, and reporting that directly supports leadership and field teams.

What You’ll Do
- Manage all fleet vehicle and equipment activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Review equipment timesheets and assist Billing with incorrect unit numbers or discrepancies
- Maintain vehicle and equipment records, including tagging, titling, and renewals
- Create, distribute, and maintain electronic timesheets
- Generate and distribute weekly Equipment by Foremen reports for leadership and AR
- Track equipment with zero hours and provide reporting insights for executive meetings
- Add new equipment to systems, including GPS setup and crew assignments
- Set up new equipment in Microsoft Dynamics
- Maintain fuel card listings and order replacements as needed
- Run daily WEX Guard fuel reports to prevent fuel misuse or theft
- Process equipment sales and rental invoices
- Handle quarterly IFTA taxes and Heavy Vehicle Use (Highway) Tax
- Maintain organized, accurate equipment files
- Support executives and team members with fleet-related data and reporting
