We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented BDC Specialist to join our Sales Business Development Center team. This pivotal role within our dealership's success will encompass the management of inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and lead follow-up to support our sales departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Answering Inbound Calls: Handling telephone inquiries from prospective customers regarding vehicles, services, or appointments.

Making Outbound Calls: Initiating contact with leads for follow-up, appointment scheduling, and customer nurturing.

Scheduling Appointments: Arranging appointments for test drives, service, or sales consultations.

Following Up on Leads: Systematically tracking and following up on customer inquiries and scheduled appointments.

Managing Customer Communication: Responding to electronic mail, text messages, and online inquiries.

CRM Management: Maintaining and updating customer information and activity records within the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying new leads through diverse channels.

Sales Support: Collaborating with sales teams to facilitate deal closures by qualifying leads and transitioning them to sales representatives.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and consistent follow-up.
- Staying Informed: Maintaining current knowledge of vehicle inventory, promotional offers, and dealership news.
Job Requirements:

Automotive sales experience is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Prior experience in phone-based roles or telemarketing within the automotive, business development, or customer service sectors is highly desirable.

Previous experience with structured sales processes, including scripts, power tracks, and alternative choices, is essential.

Demonstrated professional, enthusiastic, and amiable demeanor upon initial contact with all potential clients/customers.

Superior verbal, written, and communication skills, including the ability to initiate dialogue with the BDC Manager and communicate effectively and efficiently.

Exceptional organizational skills, capacity for multitasking, self-motivation, and the ability to contribute effectively as a team member or independently on assigned tasks within a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule to align with sales business hours.
