We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sales Lot Porter to join our dynamic Sales team. In this essential role, you’ll support daily dealership operations by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and ensuring our inventory is displayed professionally and safely. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, hardworking, and takes pride in keeping the dealership’s appearance aligned with Power Ford’s high standards of presentation and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the new and pre-owned vehicle lots.
• Move, park, and organize vehicles safely and efficiently throughout the dealership property.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and ensure sold units are clean, fueled, and ready for customer pickup.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and readiness before and after test drives or deliveries.
• Support the Sales team with vehicle staging for customer appointments, photos, and display purposes.
• Maintain showroom vehicle presentation, including battery checks and vehicle positioning.
• Assist with snow removal, lot cleanup, and general facility upkeep as needed.
• Conduct basic maintenance checks such as tire pressure, fuel levels, and battery condition.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership safety policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent internal customer service by assisting managers and sales staff promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous automotive or porter experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily outdoor work environment; exposure to weather conditions year-round.
• Frequent standing, walking, and vehicle movement.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible schedule with potential weekend or evening hours as needed.
