Poulin Antique & Auctions in Fairfield, Maine- One of the top leading auction houses in North America is looking for an experienced Fulltime Office Worker. We will train the right person to our systems. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, must be highly proficient in Excel, a high level of computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Assist in office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Serve as a personal assistant to management as needed.
• Utilize software applications to create documents.
• Maintain an organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.
• Assist other departments as needed
• Ability to work occasional overtime and/or weekends when an auction occurs

Experience

• 2 years of previous experience as a clerk in an office setting is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent computer literacy with a good typing speed.
• Experience in customer support or personal assistant roles.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
