Front and Back of House Needed

Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and sales transactions
• Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance the dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
• Assist in food handling, storage, and kitchen tasks to support smooth kitchen operations in a quick service or fast food setting

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as cafés, restaurants, or retail food outlets preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking across duties
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or retail math enhances your suitability for this role
• Culinary experience or background working in the food industry is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
