Nationally known and locally owned Farmington Visiting Angels is now hiring Care Givers in the region. Based in Farmington we service from Bethel to Newport.

Part-Time and Full-Time Home Care Jobs

  • Assisted living

  • Home care assistance (i.e. home care aides)

  • Specialized home care (including Alzheimer's, dementia, palliative, end-of-life care, fall prevention, etc.)

Visiting Angels offers part-time and full-time home care jobs with flexible scheduling to accommodate you and clients. Professional development and highly competitive pay are also offered.

Caregiver Job Duties

Professional senior care duties will vary depending on the needs and requests of clients and families. Common home care duties and caregiver job descriptions may include:

  • Assistance with other activities of daily living
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)
  • Laundry and light housekeeping
  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Medication reminders

Caregiver Qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Hourly pay plus additional reimbursments

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overnight shift
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Farmington, ME: Relocate before starting work (Required)
