Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (37.5 hours/week)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – All HR team members are required to be in the office on Wednesdays. The other two in-office days are flexible and chosen by the employee. Candidates must be local and able to commute to the Malvern corporate office within 40 minutes.

Potters, innovating responsibly since 1914, is looking for a detail‑oriented HR & Payroll Generalist to join our team. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, payroll processing, and HR operations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate pre-employment processes (background checks, screenings, offer letters).
• Manage onboarding and offboarding with managers, payroll, and benefits.
• Partner with payroll to process pay cycles and audit reports.
• Support employee programs (tuition reimbursement, bonuses, attendance incentives).
• Maintain HR surveys and provide reporting.
• Update global headcount records for USA and Canada.
• Assist with HR reporting, newsletters, and company communications.
• Serve as backup for Payroll/HRIS and Benefits/Compensation Specialists.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s in Business preferred.
• 3–5 years administrative experience.
• 3–5 years HR and payroll experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with ADP and SAP.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills.
