Overview
Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, is seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Newtown Square and King of Prussia, PA. Position Summary
This is a full-time, hybrid, day-shift role where you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our dedicated team of nearly 1,000 employees. Key responsibilities include ensuring HR compliance, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, administering benefits and leave programs, supporting employee relations, and leveraging HR metrics to enhance our strategies—all within a dynamic healthcare setting. This is a full-time, hybrid position with day shift hours.
Qualifications
Education:
• Associate’s degree OR 3–8 years of equivalent HR experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
• PHR/SPHR preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years as an HR Representative handling recruitment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and policy administration.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
