Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/ PHC Manager to lead our sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and run our plant health care program. Candidates must hold an arborist certification through the ISA as well as a NH pesticide applicators license. TRAQ is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a background in PHC. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the marketplace
- Perform field and laboratory diagnostics for tree health related issues
- Develop integrated pest management plans
- Manage inventory, storage, mixing, and application of pesticides per NH code
Requirements
- Proven experience in the field of arboriculture with a background in PHC
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of arboriculture products, services, and equipment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and goal achievement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Arboricultre, or a related field is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
