YOUR ROLE
When severe weather affects a home, property owners often have questions about what happened and what to do next. You'll help homeowners understand their options, identify potential concerns, and take the next steps toward restoring their property.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meet with homeowners and learn about their property concerns.
- Conduct roof inspections after completing hands-on training.
- Recognize potential signs of weather-related damage.
- Explain the insurance restoration process and answer homeowner questions.
- Work alongside experienced managers and sales leaders throughout the customer experience.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
- Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses generally range from $500 to $4,000 based on production.
