What You'll Actually Do
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who still enjoys competing while helping others improve.
You'll:
- Lead and develop a team of canvassers through coaching and accountability.
- Run Monday team meetings, review production, and report performance data.
- Continue generating your own opportunities through professional door-to-door prospecting.
- Motivate your team through consistent leadership and personal example.
