As the IT Manager at our dealership, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's information technology infrastructure and systems. You will lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our technology resources, supporting the dealership's operations and strategic objectives. Your strategic vision and technical expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and leveraging technology to enhance our business processes and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
IT Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the dealership's business goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer service, and drive revenue growth.
- Establish IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the dealership's IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, and telecommunications systems.
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of IT systems and services, implementing measures to prevent and mitigate downtime and data breaches.
- Monitor system performance and capacity, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively to minimize disruptions to dealership operations.
Application Support and Development:
