We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting daily operations. What You'll Do:
As the first point of contact for many interactions, the Administrative Assistant will help create a professional and welcoming experience while managing a variety of administrative tasks. The right candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet prospective tenants & customers. Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts and emails.
- Office Management: Handle general administrative tasks including but not limited to inbound/outbound mail traffic, office stock, completion/submission of forms, petty cash
- General Administrative Accounting: Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, liaise with the Finance Department daily
- Phone assistance/general admin tasks for our Hillside Meadows/Skytop Village property based in Pittsburgh, PA
- Miscellaneous: Travel arrangements, Special projects, weekly meetings, Corporate/Leadership Team Office Support

High level of general computer proficiency in MS Office applications including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet use. Efficient in use of Gmail & Google Drive. Experience in AppFolio preferred, but not required.

Other Requirements:

Must have a valid Driver's License and use of a registered, insured vehicle, periodically used for work purposes.
