Leasing Sales Consultant
Base Salary Commission - Top Performers Can Earn Over $80,000
This is a high-volume, high-performance sales role for a large apartment community in Pittsburgh. We are not looking for average. We are looking for a closer. We will provide the lead flow, and your job is to get prospects in the door, create urgency, and close the deal.
This role is for someone who thrives on competition, moves with urgency, follows up hard, and wants to make real money. If you know how to turn traffic into tours, tours into applications, and applications into signed leases, this could be a big opportunity.
You do not need to come from the apartment industry to win here. If you have crushed it in sales and know how to build rapport, handle objections, create urgency, and ask for the business, we want to talk to you.
We need someone who knows how to win leases, not just answer phones and give basic tours. You should be energized by goals, confident overcoming objections, and motivated by a compensation structure that rewards performance.
What You’ll Do
- Drive leads to tours, applications, and signed leases
