Job Description:
As a Summer Pool Concierge, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly pool environmentfor residents and their approved guests. This is a frontline, resident-facing role where your primary focus is enforcing community policies, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring that every visitor experiences the property as intended. This position requires someone who is disciplined, observant, and confident in handling rules and procedures. You will interact directly with residents and guests, monitor activity throughout the pool and amenity areas, and address any violations or safety concerns professionally and promptly. The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining order, ensuring compliance, and delivering a polished, high-standard environment, all while providing friendly and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce strict resident-only guest policies; prevent unauthorized access
- Check IDs, issue wristbands, and verify all guests at entry points
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and professional pool environment
- Calmly and firmly address violations of rules, noise policies, or unsafe behavior
- Escort disruptive or unauthorized individuals from the property when necessary
- Conduct routine inspections of the pool, lounge areas, and restrooms; report issues promptly
- Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and escalate issues to management
- Set up and maintain pool amenities, ensuring a polished, resort-style appearance
Schedule
- Flexible shifts available, including weekends and evenings
- Part- or full-time opportunities offered.
