Apparel Order Movement Representative

Positive Promotions both manufactures and distributes world class promotional products and sells both retail and wholesale to other nationwide distributors.

Job Function:
Order Resolution Representative is responsible for the clarification and resolution for all orders entered in the system for Positive Promotions. This position is specifically geared towards processing orders that are system Holds for various reasons.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and resolution of all orders apparel and non-apparel on various holds assigned within Department.
• Contact customers via phone, fax, and mail to obtain and/ or discuss issues in an effort to quickly resolve so that orders can be release. Functions include working hold reports, campaign reports, partials, discontinued items, verification report, missing physical address and all orders kicked from silk and art department due to no stock available, discontinued or any other issue.
• Maintains communications with buyers, warehouse and production with regards to damage p, shortages or missing stock.
• Release and track all orders in production.
• Process all inquiries in regards to initial resolution of an order.
• Track all open orders to ensure they are processed in a timely fashion and that our customers’ expectations are met.
• Update AS 400 systems with complete information to ensure all communications with customers are noted in regards to any delays with production of their order.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Basic AS 400 knowledge
• Ability to develop and maintain good rapport with our internal and external customers’
• Must be a team player
• Understanding of our internal workflow process
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team player attitude
• Ability to manage a heavy workload while maintaining an error percentage less than 1%
• Good oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
