We are seeking a reliable team player to provide administrative tasks for our company by conducting tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Candidate must be flexible and adaptable to changing duties and responsibilities on a daily basis. Strong communication skills are necessary.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include :
- Data entry and manipulation of data using MS Excel
- Role requires candidate to perform many tasks in a specific order, in a specific way, and to double check their work
- Candidate will spend about 75% of their time in an office environment (Admin tasks) and the rest of their time on the warehouse floor
- Handle various inventory input and reconciliation.
- Daily follow-up with both internal and external partners to ensure all opportunities, projects, and orders remain on time
- Process paperwork and reconciliation for orders checking for accuracy
- Ensure and maintain color standard matching
- Misc. admin tasks. Benefits :
