You will serve as a MAINTENANCE MECHANIC in the NUCLEAR PRODUCTION MANAGER (300N), OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT (300.01)
of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.

* Preparing, packing, and transferring radiological materials in accordance with Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Nuclear Program.
* Planning and laying out the installation, modification, and repairing various new and existing piping systems and equipment.
* Preparing and coating different types of surfaces by matching, tinting, toning, blending, coating materials and agents.
* Obtaining a nuclear quality control (NQC) qualification as set forth by the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Nuclear Program.
* Maintaining radioactive material accountability and inventory control.
