As a Shower Door Sales Rep on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:
● Placing orders and following up on quotes in a timely manner
● Demonstrating a high degree of skill in communicating and selling glass products
● Coordinating with vendors to procure materials and issue purchase orders
● Guiding customers through service options by providing professional, detailed recommendations on styles, materials, and installation options
● Coordinating with installation teams and office staff to ensure smooth service delivery
● Identifying and communicating any necessary changes to project specs, ensuring everything stays on track

(Required qualifications)
● Experience: 2-3 years of previous sales experience required, prior glass experience highly preferred. All new hires will be trained.
● Education: High school diploma or GED
● Skills: Knowledge in residential, vinyl windows, showers and first floor commercial glass preferred; excellent verbal/written communication skills; strong attention to detail; ability to work well with technology such as office phones and computers; follows company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required personal protection equipment as needed; ability to pass a background check and drug test, per applicable state laws.

● Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week. Overtime available.
