Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships, and helping customers find the best security solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needs
- Present and sell alarm and security system solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay informed on products, services, and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred (security or tech sales is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
