Performance Responsibilities
Clerical Assistance
- Assist Multidisciplinary Team Supervisor, School Psychologists, and Educational Diagnosticians in the delivery and collection of materials.
- Distribute rating scales, teacher reports, parent reports, and other pertinent information to stakeholders for evaluation purposes.
- Collect and organize information associated with evaluations for students.
- Communicate effectively through a variety of methods with parents, school personnel, community partners, and other agencies with respect to evaluation information.
- Assist staff in the procurement of assessment materials or other purchases.
- Demonstrate compliance with IEP processes associated with initial evaluations and reevaluations in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Utilize Indiana's IEP software (Special Programs) and other shared electronic platforms as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality, maintain records in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Enhance partnerships with other Porter County agencies and state agencies who provide services to students and adults with disabilities through a supportive service model.
- Other duties as assigned.
