Job Duties, Role, and Responsibilities:
The following are general duties which are expected to be completed during the hours you are at work.
Move customer vehicles between the service drive, service bays, and parking areas.
Retrieve vehicles upon pick-up and potentially shuttle customers.
Ensure the service drive is clean, organized, and free of debris.
Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations applicable to industry.
- Assist advisors and technicians with tasks, such as retrieving parts or vehicles.
Reliable attendance.
Light vehicle maintenance if required, such as checking tire pressure or fueling.
Complete routine safety training.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High attention to fine detail with strong communication skills.
Initiative, cooperative, independent, and strong dependable work ethic.
Ability to multi-task while conducting professional customer service.
Valid driver’s license with clean, safe driving record.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
Must be able to lift 50lbs or greater
Physical Requirements:
May work in various weather conditions.
Handling and moving objects, slight/moderate lifting, bending, standing, kneeling, balancing, walking, crouching, climbing, good hand eye coordination, and fine motor control skills.
