Responsibilities
The following are general duties which are expected to be completed during the hours you are at work.
- Scheduling service technicians, advisors, and support staff.
- Overseeing daily workflow, ensuring prompt vehicle repairs, and managing warranty claims.
- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations applicable to industry.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Resolving customer complaints, building relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Manage operating budgets and driving revenue growth.
- Enforcing safety regulations, maintaining manufacturer compliance, and managing inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High attention to fine detail with strong communication skills.
- Initiative, cooperative, independent, and strong dependable work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task while conducting professional customer service.
- DMS (Dealer Management System) experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in service is required, and management experience is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or greater
