What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR/Payroll Manager position at Port Susan Camping Club?
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Washington State Driver's License
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Payroll experience required
HR Generalist with proof of Credentials
Knowledge of Microsoft office Suite
Pleasant attitude and tidy appearance.
Must sign a confidentiality statement upon hire
Must be able to provide references upon request.
Must have reliable transportation and good attendance
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Process Payroll using Paychex
New hire onboarding, paperwork maintenance and training
Handle L&I investigations and documentation
Maintain an uptodate employee handbook
Issue timecards as needed.
Calculate Vacation and Sick Leave Accruals
Handle all employee issues with department managers
Provide support to employees with PFML and FMLA
