What are the responsibilities and job description for the DMT Seasonal Transfer Specialist position at Port Susan Camping Club?
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 18 years old
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Strong experience in customer service, enjoys working with people in a sales environment required
- Strong knowledge of Port Susan Camping Club's Rules, ByLaws, and Compromise & Settlement Agreement required, prefer a member who knows the park well.
- Pleasant, friendly demeanor and neat appearance
- Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment at DMT
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare purchase and sale documentation when a sales transaction has been completed in accordance with the Compromise & Settlement Agreement, ByLaws, and Rules & Regulations.
- Escort prospective buyers through the park to view membership sites that are available for purchase.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with prospective buyers and sellers, both verbally and in writing to explain the transfer process, timeline, and any issues that arise.
- Adhere to company policies, Compromise & Settlement Agreement, ByLaws, and Rules & Regulations
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all membership transfers and related documentation.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the membership transfer process.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION CONTINUED:
- Work efficiently to process a high volume of membership transfers while maintaining accuracy and demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Assist buyers and sellers in negotiating offers and preparing purchase agreement documents.
- Conduct site inspections of memberships for sale, notating existing structures on the site.
- Take pictures of membership site for sale and post to the DMT sales board.
- Other membership transfer duties as assigned.
