Job Title: Lead Service Plumber – Westside / South Bay
Location: Westside Los Angeles and South Bay
Pay: $35–$60/hour depending on experience, plus performance bonuses
About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Service Plumber to run residential plumbing service calls across the Westside and South Bay. This is a key leadership role. The right person will not only complete high-quality plumbing work but will also help us build our plumbing standards, train future plumbers, and vet new hires as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and complete residential plumbing service calls.
- Repair and replace fixtures, supply lines, drains, water heaters, valves, and related plumbing systems.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners.
- Provide accurate job notes, photos, and recommendations.
- Maintain clean work areas and professional customer service.
- Help create field standards, checklists, and training processes.
- Train and evaluate future plumbers with some experience.
- Reduce callbacks through high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
- 5 years plumbing experience.
- Residential service plumbing experience.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Strong troubleshooting ability.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to train and lead others.
- Reliable, organized, and customer-focused.
Preferred
- Prior lead, foreman, or trainer experience.
- Experience with service software.
- Water heater, drain, leak detection, gas, and fixture experience.
- Familiarity with Westside/South Bay service areas.
