Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented, and strategic Business Manager to lead growth initiatives across multiple business divisions. This role requires an experienced professional who can identify new business opportunities, manage multiple teams, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of projects and revenue-generating initiatives.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and business management expertise, with experience working with contractors, construction companies, home service providers, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute strategic business development plans across multiple divisions.
Create and implement revenue growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and support business development and sales teams.
Set performance goals, KPIs, and revenue targets.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve business objectives.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Project Management, Estimating, Training and Leadership teams.
Ensure seamless project handoff from sales to operations.
Collaborate with departments to develop solutions that meet client needs, partners and project requirements.
Support successful project execution through effective communication and coordination.
Sales & Revenue Management
Develop and manage sales pipelines and forecasting processes.
Monitor business development performance metrics and revenue goals.
Track lead conversion rates and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of Business Management, Sales Management, or Account Management experience.
Proven success in generating revenue and acquiring new business.
Experience managing multiple teams, projects, and business divisions.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
Preferred
Experience in Construction, Contracting, Security Services, Home Services, Facilities Management, or related industries.
Strong understanding of project-based business operations.
