What You'll Do
Your mission is to help keep our technology reliable, organized, and ready to support the team, while also helping us improve and modernize as we grow.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and device setups across all offices
- Troubleshoot and support laptops, desktops, iPads, printers, and office hardware
- Keep Outlook, email, and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace working smoothly
- Support ServiceTitan users (iPads, email sync, app performance, network access)
- Maintain and troubleshoot networking equipment, Wi-Fi systems, and routers
- Oversee VoIP phones, call routing, and phone system updates
- Work with vendors (internet providers, software reps, security systems, etc.) when needed
- Maintain documentation of systems, logins, processes, and asset inventories
- Assist with technology setup for the new Bloomington-Normal branch
- Ensure reliable backups, basic cybersecurity, and safe data practices
Long-Term Projects:
- Standardize tech across all branches
- Evaluate and improve network reliability
- Streamline Outlook and email issues at certain locations
- Help implement new hardware and software as we grow
- Work with leadership on making Popejoy more tech-forward and efficient
What You Bring
Required:
- 2 years in IT support, systems administration, or similar role
- Working knowledge of networks, routers, Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 & Outlook
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good communication skills with both office and field staff
- Valid driver's license
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with ServiceTitan or other field service software
- Experience supporting multi-location environments
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) for iPads
- Understanding of cybersecurity basics
