Entry Level Administrative Assistant (QuickBooks Experience Required)
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to launch your administrative career? We're looking for a motivated Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general office duties, including filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management
- Support accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations for team members attending conferences
- Provide administrative support to management as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience with QuickBooks (required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
