What You Will Achieve
- Assist in conceptual design and draft creation for regular store displays, window schemes, new product launches, and marketing events, deliver design sketches, renderings and graphic materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Participate in store layout planning and prop selection; support the compilation and update of VM manuals and standard operation documents to realise unified terminal display standards.
- Cooperate with on-site VM execution, prop installation and display adjustment; conduct regular store audits, rectify non-standard displays and submit feedback reports timely.
- Collect global retail VM trends, space design references and competitor display cases to provide inspiration and optimisation suggestions for the team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on pop-up stores, exhibitions and promotional events, responsible for on-site visual merchandising arrangement and effect control.
- Organise and archive design drawings, VM materials and project cases; communicate efficiently with cross-functional teams, store staff and suppliers to align design requirements.
- Complete other ad-hoc visual merchandising tasks assigned by the supervisor.
What You Will Need
- College degree or above, major in Visual Communication, Interior & Space Design, Display Design, Fashion Design or related fields; fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years relevant VM experience are welcome.
- Proficient in PS, AI and other graphic design tools; basic knowledge of 3D design software such as SketchUp is preferred.
- Solid aesthetic sense, colour matching capability and spatial perception; familiar with basic visual merchandising principles and retail display logic.
- Detail-oriented, strong execution and good communication skills; able to coordinate with multi-department teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Quick learner with passion for retail and visual design; willing to travel occasionally for on-site store execution.
- Relevant internship or working experience in apparel, beauty, lifestyle or retail brands, with personal VM portfolios, is a plus.
Travel Expectations
- Frequent regional travel to support training, store visits, NSOs, and operational coverage
- Overnight travel as required
- Travel intensity may increase during peak expansion or activation periods
