Part-Time Resident Services Administrator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented team member to join a well-established Property Management company in Wellesley. The ideal candidate will have office/administrative experience and will enjoy managing multiple priorities and working with residents and other team members. Phone, email, and written communication skills are required.

This position is 20 hours per week, with flexibility regarding the specific workdays and hours, provided the schedule remains consistent.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with residents by both phone and e-mail.
• Manage incoming resident requests.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day property management operations.
• Prepare and process lease renewals and insurance documentation/expirations.
• Review, organize, and sort invoices and billing documentation.
• Maintain and organize both electronic and physical files.
• Enter and maintain information in Excel and other office systems.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies, inventory, and related records.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative, office management or customer service.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Professional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and staff.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask.
• Prior property management experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with Yardi Breeze or another property management software system is highly desirable.

Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours per week; flexible days/hours with a consistent schedule
Pay: $30.00 per hour
