Pool Town is a growing pool construction and service company dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Permit Processor to join our team and help keep projects moving efficiently.
Position Overview:
The Permit Processor will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and tracking permit applications for pool construction projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with municipalities, inspectors, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit permit applications to local municipalities
- Track permit status and follow up to ensure timely approvals
- Coordinate with project managers, sales consultants, contractors, and inspectors
- Maintain accurate records of permits, approvals, and documentation
- Ensure all applications meet local codes and requirements
- Assist with scheduling inspections as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with permit processing, construction administration, or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Familiarity with local building departments and permitting processes is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
