- Manage the entire permit acquisition process, including preparing documentation, submitting applications, and tracking approvals across various jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with city officials, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely permit approvals and compliance with local codes.
- Oversee project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and construction management software to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive records of permits, contracts, change orders, and project documentation for audit readiness.
- Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, project coordination, and contract administration.
- Familiarity with permits acquisition procedures across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with regulatory agencies, clients, contractors, and team members.
