What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Designer & Estimator position at Pool Envy Designs?
We are hiring an in-house Pool Designer & Estimator to take ownership of projects from the initial sales handoff through design, estimating, revisions, and proposal preparation.
This is not simply a rendering position. We need someone who can create beautiful projects while keeping designs realistic, buildable, and aligned with the client's budget. The right person will combine creativity with commercial judgment and will care just as much about the client experience and the success of the project as the rendering itself.
This is a company where the right person can have real influence. We want people who take ownership, improve the way things are done, and want their responsibility and income to grow as the company grows. This role is not a dead-end production seat. It has the potential to become a key part of our design and estimating department and, over time, help shape and lead that function.

Compensation: Base salary performance-based compensation. Approximate starting base: $40,000. Our compensation structure is designed to reward production and growth, with a target earning opportunity of approximately $60,000-$80,000 in Year 1 and potential to exceed $100,000 as project volume and responsibility increase.
