We are a growing pool service company looking for a dependable, hardworking Pool Technician to join our team full-time.

Position Details:
- 40-60 pools per week
- Full-time position
- Paid training provided
- Truck stipend
- Opportunity for additional income through repairs and filter cleans
- Pay ranges from $20–$38 per hour depending on experience and performance
- Pay increase after 90-day probationary period
Responsibilities:
- Weekly pool cleaning and chemical balancing
- Equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
- Communicating clearly with customers
- Maintaining clean, organized service routes
- Identifying repair opportunities
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Pool experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
