Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Technician — Pool Star LLC
We are looking for a reliable, punctual individual with a positive attitude to clean and maintain residential swimming pools.
Pay: $48,000–$55,000 per year.
No experience required. Candidates with or without experience are welcome. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Skim pool surfaces and clean pool floors. Brush pool walls, steps, and other surfaces. Empty and clean skimmer and pump baskets. Test and adjust pool chemical levels according to company procedures. Check basic pool equipment operation and report any issues. Document completed services and take photos of the work. Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers. Properly care for tools, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Be reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Be willing to learn and follow instructions and safety procedures. Be willing to work outdoors, including in high temperatures during the summer and cold weather during the winter. Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including chemical containers and maintenance supplies, while following safe handling practices, with reasonable accommodations as applicable. Having your own pickup truck for work is preferred. Additional compensation is provided for using your own truck. If you do not have one, the company can provide a truck for work use.
