As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital part in supporting skilled tradespeople, ensuring safety, and maintaining a productive work environment. Your hands-on efforts will help bring large-scale construction visions to life, fostering a sense of pride and accomplishment with every completed project.
Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and debris removal to handling materials, and setting up tools and equipment efficiently.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas to maintain safety and organization.
- Follow all safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for yourself and your team members.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment with care and precision.
- Aid in the installation of pool accessories such as filters, pumps, lighting fixtures and decking material.
- Support the installation of structures by holding materials in place or assisting with assembly as directed.
- Operate basic machinery or power tools under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
- maintain a clean work site by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials safely and efficiently.
Skills
- Experience with construction site activities including excavation, framing, masonry, or concrete finishing.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting others on-site.
